Stacy Hubbard: The mayor is losing it

We had a town meeting yesterday, and everyone wanted the mayor to ask for help from outside the town, but he didn't want to do it. I don't know why he wouldn't want help. How could it hurt? Everyone in Chyubaer is scared, including me. Why won't he ask someone to help us? Because he doesn't want other people to think he can't manage his own town? That's so pathetic!
